Welcome to Riverstone Terrace! This is the sixth apartment style condominium built by Cobblestone Homes in Manitoba. Riverstone Terrace is located at 1926 and 1936 St Mary’s Road in south St Vital on the former site of a nursery.

Phase 2 at 1936 St Mary’s Road is now nearing completion with the first of the new owners taking possession in early June. We have a few 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom suites still available.
